Dear Valued Online Banking Customer,
 
On May 4th we combined our two online banking platforms into a single platform.
 
If you formerly used the Digital Insight online banking platform you should have received a letter with instructions for logging into the new online banking platform.  Please follow those instructions to log into online banking for the first time.

Additional information in the form of Frequently Asked Questions is provided below to assist you with other questions you may have about the new platform.  If you are a Digital Insight platform user and you did not receive a letter with instructions for logging into the new online banking platform please follow the instructions below.
  
Login Instructions for former Digital Insight platform users:
 
Enter your current Digital Insight Username in lower case only in the ACCESS ID block. 
 
In the PASSCODE block enter your Username in lower case only plus the last 4  digits of your social security number.  This will be your temporary passcode.  Once you log in you will be asked to change your temporary passcode.
 
For additional protection, we will require you to set-up 4 new security questions and answers when you login for the first time.
 
You will be required to set up an e-mail address at login.
 
You will be required to read and review the Online Banking and Bill Payment Agreement.  If you accept the terms of the agreement click the “Accept” box to begin your online banking session.
 
If you have shortcuts or favorites set up to access your online banking you will need to update them to the new online banking platform.
 
Frequently Asked Questions:
 
Q.        Will I be able to set up email alerts and notifications?
A.        Yes.  The new online banking platform allows you to receive email and text notifications of important account related activities and messages.  Once you are in your online banking session, you will see a blue task bar at the top of your online banking page.  Reset your email and text notifications in the “Notify Me Alerts” tab.
 
Q.        I am set up on bill-payment.  Will I lose my bill payment history?
A.        No.  Your bill payment history can be located in the blue task bar at the top of your online banking page under the “Payment” tab.
 
Q.        How can I learn more about the features and services offered by the new platform?
A.        Once you are in your online banking session, you will see a blue task bar at the top of your online banking page. Click on the “Users Services” tab to learn more about the features and services you now have available.
 
Q.        Where can I get additional help if I have questions during my online banking session?
A.        A small orange circle with a white i placed inside is located on the upper right hand side of your online banking pages.  You may click it at any time for additional help.
 
Q.        Do you have a user guide to help me understand the new online banking platform?
A.        Yes we do!  We have placed a First Data Online Banking User Guide and Online Banking Demo on our website for your convenience.  It is located on the Online Banking page.
